On July 3rd, 2007, Warner Bros. will release the
soundtrack album to Michael Bay's Transformers. The album
will feature a total of 12 tracks, nine of which are brand
new and exclusive to the soundtrack. Artists included on
the album range from Linkin Park to Smashing Pumpkins,
Disturbed, The Used, HIM, Taking Back Sunday, and more.
The first single from the album will be "Before It's Too
Late (Sam and Mikaela's Theme)" by the Goo Goo Dolls.

最近我在尝试“上网控制”，细细回想，自从有了网络之后，我花在网上的时间几乎占去总有效时间的1/3。自己看看周围出现的“宅男”就知道网络对于80年代的冲击。所谓的“控制”，就是每日上网不超过2次，单次不超过1小时。尽量去浏览自己整理的rss，尽可能不去开ie，开了它就意味着有一半的时间都要花在筛选信息上了。不玩大型游戏，不编程，不找软件，不看电影。然后顶着太阳进行一些户外的活动。多多与家人聊天。当然，这个控制也包括不看电视。...
